My journey towards becoming a Talent Manager began in June 14, 2015 with  experiences as a Studio manager. As a Musical Video Director, I gained a unique perspective on the industry and the challenges that artists face in their careers. I started with both of my childhood friends SHADY B and ROY, and we called ourselves  "houseofwowmusic" AKA WOWBOIZ, with our first single "Lovecall"  this was a movement set aside to propagate the GOSPEL.

This inspired me to pursue a career in talent management, with a focus on helping artists navigate the complex landscape of the entertainment industry.

Through my studies in business and entertainment, as well as my experiences working with independent artists, I have developed a deep understanding of the industry and the skills needed to manage successful careers. I am skilled in artist development, contract negotiation, and strategic planning, and am committed to providing my clients with the support they need to succeed.

My goal as a Talent Manager is to create a supportive and collaborative environment for my clients, where they can grow as artists and achieve their full potential. With a keen eye for talent, a deep understanding of the industry, and a commitment to my clients' success, I am excited to embark on this journey and help emerging artists achieve their dreams. My ultimate goal as an aspiring Talent Manager is to discover and promote exceptional talent that has the potential to make a positive impact on the entertainment industry. I am dedicated to working tirelessly to help my clients achieve their dreams and to create a positive and inclusive working environment where all artists can thrive.

With a passion for discovering new talent and a commitment to my clients' success, I am excited to embark on this journey as a Talent Manager and to make a meaningful contribution to the entertainment industry.
